It takes trust… If I trust someone if that’s built I don’t have to worry. I don’t have to text someone constantly to make sure they aren’t cheating on me or be worried when other dudes are around…. Because I know frankly even if the opposite arose and she could get away with it… she is loyal, she has integrity, and she has moral values. If she was unhappy or lost attraction I would trust she would end the relationship or try to work things out.

Being seen and heard. Thought about and made feel special when I dont feel special myself.

For me its when im having a bad day and they want to make it better. Its as simple as the thought and effort they put into me, that actually makes it better. It makes me feel safe and grounded instead of angry and in fear. Like magic, the bad day isn't so difficult anymore.
