Can you overdo "I Love You"?

Can a guy saying "I Love You" become annoying if said frequently? How much is too much? I always thought that most people lack that in a relationship, but I've heard rumbles that you can say it too much also. Personally, I don't think I could hear it enough.

Yes, you can overdo that phrase; many people do. There's nothing wrong with saying it sparingly (every now and then), but you really want to SHOW her with your actions how you feel about her. When you actually do say it, you want her to believe every word of it, rather than just have it be something you say out of habit.

Well I am in the sort of realatonship we tell each other every single day we love each other, every ending of a phone call, a text message, even if we are moody with each other we say love you because even though we're annoyed at each other that doesn't last long, love for me over rides every other feeling I can feel for him, if he annoys me, he's doing my head in, I know its only for a short time because I know I'm inlove with him and ill always love him and that is my strongest feeling for him that will never fade.

I love hearing it everyday, it does sometimes seem wore out but that's when I say I'm inlove instead to show at that time I'm really feeling stronger then the word love for him if you know what I mean.

It feels so special being togither for this long,i believe we are lucky to have each other the bond we share is amazingly strong of course after being togither for this long, the trust the love everything that's built up for 5 years it feels so special, I feel he's the one, I know I will marry him and have his kids one day, lol I don't know why I'm telling you this, I just feel happy about it I guess :P

ya it can get old if you say it too much. saying it too much can make it lose its meaning but you could try and say other things to let someone know how much you love them by saying that you love certain things about them during the day. I understand how you feel and I had a boyfriend how used to do that too and it got to the point where I didn't feel like that meant anything anymore.

Yes, especially if you are constantly thinking of all sorts of gushy ways to go about it. And if you start saying it the day after you start dating. If you say it too much, it will lose it's meaning.

yes it absolutely could, especially if it's said when there's nothing else to say that's the worst. buttt if you do get annoyed by tell your partner "awwww really prove it then :) "
