We both kind of had a crush on each other but that went away once we found out we were related.

I personally don't have any family, siblings or cousins that I'm attracted to like that, but I don't hate on it if others are, as long as it's consensual and there's mutual attraction. A friend of mine went to college out of state and started dating a girl he met.
