Sure, no problem. I'm actually visiting family relatives this weekend, and that includes my ex-wife. My wife has no problem with that, and I would have no problem with her doing the same with her ex, but her divorce didn't end well; mine was amicable and my ex and I still stay in touch.

Partner no. I had girlfriends in my past do this, major red flag. I said nothing but I knew the relationship couldn't progress further long term as they couldn't be trusted and I let those relationships burn out or waited until they cheated.
