As far as I was aware if you EVER posted a picture on social media it stays on your account until your account is deleted. So is it a bad sign that your other has a picture of their ex on their social media - NO !


However should they STILL be posting pictures of their ex while in a relationship with you then id say they should likely not be in a new relationship as they likely have unresolved issues feelings for their ex and hey are rebounding in your relationship.


In that situation I would given them some ‘space’ to check themselves.
