Dude murdered the woman that gave him a room... this guys x girlfriend lived there and moved out, so he took over from her. possibly lover, who knows. He didn't pay the rent, decided to murder her. She knew it was coming too.

Be very careful with some of these people. I've run into these types, best to stay far away... unlikely to change.
