If you are in prison for murder and kill an inmate while in prison what should be done with them? This guy, Jaime Osuna…Was put into a cell with another inmate, Luis Romero at Corcoran State Prison in California. After recently transferring.
He’s a convicted murderer and satanist serving a life sentence for the killing and torture of Yvette Pena, a mother of 6. During the trial, he was mocking the victim’s family and bragging about his love of torturing people.
So, in the early morning of March, 9th 2019, 24 hours after his arrival, the guards found a rather gruesome scene. I won’t go into detail, but Romeo was decapitated and dissected with a makeshift knife.
Now, what would a logical person do in this situation? Report it? Well, that’s not what the prison guards did. After making their rounds, they reported that both inmates were still alive… Additionally, according to the inspector general’s reports, a third and fourth officer didn’t report that they saw that the first two officers “fail to properly conduct the counts.”

OK, but it gets worse. This isn’t Jaime’s first time doing something like this. When he was at a Kent County detention facility, he was found with hatchets and other weapons. He was even deemed “high-risk, staff assaultive.” In one incident he found his way into another inmate’s cell where he stabbed and slashed his face. He needed 67 stitches after that. When the prison officials asked to take a picture of the inmate’s injuries, he declined, saying that he didn’t want to risk Jaime getting copies of it and adding it to his collection of trophies.

Why are people that kill others in prison still able to get to other inmates?
The answer seems obvious that they put more than one person in a cell and there are shared facilities.
He should be housed in the executive mansion of the governor or Mrs pelvis or the honorable Bo Mrs Harris. They have the armed guards to manage him.
Some people can be saved back to life and I’ve seen them… but how many want to lose in the process. His life needs to be ended because it was messed up as a child.
And people want to abandon abortions. Those people are well meaning but aren’t thinking this through
I quite like that, actually: You don't go to prison for nothing. And the guys there failed to integrate into society. If they now remove each other from our world, is saves the trouble for US to do that.
I suggest to just lock the main gate, but not the individual cells.
@marish01 Some women fall in love with men in prison. This includes correction officers who have even helped them escape from jail, whether they are an animal or not.
It's just like your Government Politician Crooks, why are they allowed to get away with illegally bombing millions of children and babies in North Africa... and still be able to bomb more children in the Middle East?
Prisons are holes where politicians put their problems. The cattle decreasing their own number is of no concern to the political masters; in fact, the deterrent value of prison goes up every time a prisoner is killed beaten or raped. Arguably, the political class benefits when something like this happens, why then would they take steps to discourage or prevent an inmate from taking out what their superiority complex considers ‘the trash’?
I mean, this case is clearly different as he openly admits to it and does it in front of others, but people have been wrongfully convicted and later proven to be wrongfully convicted. Do you think if you, or your father, mother, or any siblings were wrongfully convicted that you'd be okay with them (or you) getting the death penalty because "well most of the time we're right so it's okay if we kill some innocent people sometimes?"
On a side-note, is it actually cheaper than executing them? I'd imagine paying for someone food, hosing, electricity, etc, for an entire lifetime would be way more money than paying for whatever kills them.
@crmoore That's what I think but have heard with all the appeals and things a convicted person can do they will probably be on death row for 20 years so, to me, it would be hard to be actually executed.
@crmoore it's hard for me to say for certain but I cannot figure out how that happens. I know it does happen but how? I mean, if you were gonna get sentenced to life or worse, are you gonna let that happen? I would be cycling through lawyers so fast if I even saw doubt in their face. I am not about to get sentenced to death for something I didn't do. I just couldn't let it happen. Mind you I have never been in that situation and hope to never be in that situation so I don't know what I could even do but I wouldn't be sitting around waiting for something. I would be doing everything in my power
can also happen down here in Texas, if certain people want certain someone gone, then that someone ends up in the same cell of another very dangerous inmate, and then nobody saw a thing...
in a inhumane society those that are labeled as criminals are treated inhumanly and so they act inhumanly to fit in their environment what did you expect? We as a society are ok with people living on the streets we are ok with no universal health care or housing or food we turned out society into the jungle and in the jungle there are monsters. We might as well go back to living in caves worrying if a sabre tooth tiger will disembowel us.
Either execute him or send him to Colorado's supermax prison. Let him stare at the walls for 23 hours a day. The only thing he'd get to kill there is flies.
Because money and solitary confinement is seen as dehumanizing and potentially torture if used excessively. It takes a lot of money to house someone by themselves and not have them slowly go insane. Prison costs add up fast and honestly how much do we really care about most people in prisons at least compared to homeless or orphans or public healthcare?
Well I know work in that for 22 years. In prison they want segeratuon black with black Mexican with Mexican, white with white, but they are put in white , black, mexican and that stress them out. There one that can beat down everyone so he runs the dorm, so it's who top dog. If he order others will carry it out. With women it'smom, and dad kids and cusians. Mom and dad has sex and did lines children
This is why I support the death penalty. Who does this guy know that's keeping him alive? Or is it the woke politicians afraid they'll get called "racist" for executing this guy.
In a country with ~2,5 million people in jail/prison, their management is probably very similar to managing large chicken coops. What dies off due to bad conditions is considered "breakage costs".
