Was my friend being rude or antisemitic to my Jewish boyfriend, and how do I respond?

So a good friend of mine assigned me as godmother to her younger daughter…. and I baptized her as Greek Orthodox……my boyfriend came to the ceremony and he has chipped in for gifts and made the effort to drive up to her place…. he’s always caring and asking about her as well….

So last weekend my friend snapped at my boyfriend and told him she gets very ticked off when he doesn’t ask about both her daughters and that he’s not the godfather and not even Christian ( he’s Jewish)

Was this rude of my friend?
My boyfriend is very offended with her…. to the post where he’s wanting N apology otherwise he’s done with her…. what should I do? How can I address this to my friend without hurting her?

Well your boyfriend would only be mad for one reason. And it would be because she was right

If she was wrong he would let it go not a big deal

The only time people get up set at what other people say is when it's true

And of course all it takes is that your boyfriend did one thing for the other daughter and in his eyes that means to him yes he does stuff for her

It's not even that big of deal but it is a moment in time where if he was 100 % honest with himself. He could had said you know what your probably right

My brother lived with me for 3 months he might have done the dishes 1 time but only his dishes. He took out the garbage maybe 1 time. And if I confronted him he would say bull. I do it.. see what I mean 1 time means all the time lol

You're not going to change the way she feels. I think she was rude, but maybe it's best to just ask your boyfriend to not ask about her children, and maybe he should stay out of her family events if she can't behave.
