I work 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm to days a week and I get to sleep about 1:30 am and I'm up by 6:00 am I average about four to five hours of sleep daily no matter what shift I work It's same when I'm off to. I'm always the last one to get to sleep at night and the first one up in the morning. And I'm sixty years old.
