It's not falling out of love but damaging the long term viability of the relationship. If someone is on the path of self-destruction there's only so long that can last. I'd be curious as to why I have chosen someone committed to health, like me, and then committing to hastening their demise. Also health is holistic and seeps into every aspect of one's life. Their motivity, their desire to go out and do stuff, to go for romantic walks. And also most likely, their thoughts have also taken a downturn, and we would no longer be a vibrational match. I also can't shag someone significantly overweight. I'm not attracted to that.

There's really no excuse for it. It's not that difficult to not eat like a pig...

I think not out of love but it would dramatically decrease attraction which is very important in a relationship. I would talk to him about my point of view and hopefully he would make an effort to take care of himself.
