If that is the only reason why your only friend blocked you, then he is not really a good friend. Friends do not do things like that without trying to figure out the reason behind it. That person may have been an acquaintance but certainly not a friend.
Also, he blocked you on social media. Does that mean that you only have social media friends and none in real life? Social media friends are NOT friends and will never be real friends because you cannot interact with them on a person-to-person basis.
What now? Now you meet him in person and ask for explanations.
Deal with it. You are an adult... right?
She was a bad friend then. You can find better ones.
