My aim on GAG is to decode love messes and expose red flags, so here’s my honest one.

I’m married now, but when I was single, the real reason was: standards. I refused to settle, hated games, and I’d bail the second I sensed lovebombing, ghosting energy, or emotional immaturity.

Being alone felt better than faking chemistry or chasing someone who was half-interested.

Thankfully, I am no longer single!! And, marriage is heavily in the plans!!
The BIGGEST reason I WAS still single most of my life was because girls have shit taste in men and NEVER bother with those of us that are great for them and ONLY go after those that are sick, twisted and abusive towards them!!
They all CLAIM they're looking for a guy just like me but when I lay myself out for them on a silver platter, they chase after some abusive motherfucker and then, when he hurts them, they come running to ME for a shoulder to cry on until they can find ANOTHER asshole to chase after!! OR, go back to the one that they just cried about!!

I am single. I am by choice. I just want to focus on school and getting my degree ans life together. Once I feel comfortable with that, I fully want to get out there and date.

I want a family someday. So I am interested in meeting a great guy and settling down. I just want to have my life in order first.

The reason is that the legal system discriminates against men in both marriages and relationships, to the extent that being involved in a relationship with a woman is a potential financial disaster and possibly worse if she makes false accusations. Hiring sex workers is just a lot easier and a lot cheaper.
