That most relationships and marriages are toxic, because neither or only 1 side wants to communicate. Too many people jump into relationships with people they know nothing about, just because the sex was good, then find out how toxic they both are once the sex gets boring.
That in spite of what you hope, when things get bad for you, they might be unable to help.

To let the small stuff go!! Learn how to hold your tongue sometimes when it really isn't worth saying something that might wind up in a big unhappy argument. And the time before you make up again you could have spent being happy instead.
You will not die for saying that you are wrong! I promise! 🙂
I haven't found out anything that is not already known by all people that are married.
That one thing is the lack of importance of sexual activities. Those that have been happily married for decades can testify that that kind of sports is best left way on the bottom of the priority list because it does not contribute massively to the happiness of a couple.
Actually, this activity is rather detrimental than positive because it causes pressure to perform and that is when cheating becomes an issue. Those that have other priorities in their couple, such as communication, live a much happier life than those that seek cheap sexual thrills.
You have to lose yourself in the relationship Mine and Hers does not work. Ours works and concretes two hearts because mistakes become ours and conquering those mistakes, we do together. Nothing creates a tighter bond. If that bond is not there, senior years can be difficult. We don't age at the same rate.
I am married, not sure what real lessons I’ve learned though. We just live our lives together and have fun. And that’s all we truly can do. Life is shoooortttt. Collect your keys, jump in the water, eat some dirt, who cares. They will love you anyways.
I don't know a thing about marriage, since I have not been married...
but, about relationships... I know probably the most important thing, I know what kind of relationship works for me... and so I've had very good relationships
I would not say it is MOST people, but, a lot of people have it more difficult to find the one that works for them
Everyone wants someone they can live with.
I learned to want someone i can be wrong with and still feel safe.
They probably haven’t learned yet, but they will learn. You can’t win an argument with a woman
It's one thing to get a relationship, it's another to maintain it or realize it's not for you
That it takes a lot of jolly hard work to maintain a happy and successful marriage.
Make sure she's all in, ride or die
Personally they aren't worth it.
