Was my husband's sister unfair to question our son's paternity given his past false accusation?

Since our son was born 3 weeks earlier and his eyebrows weren't developed yet at the time (now he's 16 months old everyone tells me it's my husband's carbon copy in white skin; my husband is mestizo), she posted on FB "DNA testing ASAP". I replied back that I would gladly do it right now. I felt offended though, to be doubted in that manner by her.

This upset both my father and female cousin. They replied to her with great anger. My husband once had a paternity fraud pulled on him long ago when he was 38 years old. His drink got spiked and the girl (a date, not a girlfriend) claimed he got her pregnant. It then turned out to be a lie, nothing even happened and the real, bio father got tracked down. My husband still lost money in that lawsuit.

Needless to say I'm not the past. My husband trusts me. It was just his sister that was persistent on getting our son tested. To shut her up, I immediately searched for test labs the very next day. Test results came as it is; positive at 99.999%. I gave her no reason to be talked in that manner. A couple others in my family see two sides of this; her being unfair to me and her seeking for her brother's best interest and that given the past history she was worried for him. Was that still fair though or not?

And she never apologized after the positive result; only said congratulations to my husband on Messenger.
