Also he does not remember how we had our first time and I remember it pretty clearly, and then today he told me that our first time was just like how he had it with his ex. That P*ssed me off, what should I do about that?

Trending & News Retaliation never works out well in the end -- two wrongs don't make a right, and all that. I'm pretty sure that breaking his things would make things worse instead of better. Communication is what you need.
If your husband is breaking your things out of anger or spite, that's really unhealthy behavior. I would strongly recommend professional counseling help if he will go to it. It could be that he is acting destructively because he doesn't know how else to express his feelings? Or there could be something else at the root of the problem. But I'm pretty sure that you need to get to the root of that problem in order to make things better, and trying to get revenge will only make that harder to do.
Good luck to you ... I hope you and your husband can repair your marriage.
Why would you need to do anything.
He said something stupid, not likely in a malicious intent, he just wasn't thinking.
Smashing his computer won't even the playing field in any way, shape or form.
It'll just create further tension.
You have the right to be angry with what he's done - just don't project it directly into your surroundings..
well what should I do about it?
Your husband does not sound like a nice person, at all. Now he's just breaking your belongings, who's to say he won't start physically hurting you? His comment about your first time being like the time he done it with his ex shows that he has a petty, immature nature and that he just said it to hurt you. I suggest you let him know that breaking your laptop upset you, instead of responding in the same childish manner. Talk to him and let him know that it's unacceptable to break your things just because he's peed off at you.

If he didn't remember you guys' first time but then later said it was just like when he was with his ex then that means he said it to deliberately piss you off. Sounds like you are married to a pretty vindictive guy.
well obviously I"m PO'd but I don't know what to do about it.
Talk to him first, then have him buy you a new laptop. I wouldn't immediately start destroying his crap because that will just escalate things since he sounds like the type of person to take revenge.
If he doesn't apologize and make it up to you then don't stay married to a person like that. I can tell you for fact that I wouldn't be married to a woman that destroyed my stuff and then acted like a baby when I wanted them to make things right.
Sounds like he needs a little lesson in respecting the property of others. Wait til he's asleep and shove a wooden pencil into one of his eyeballs.
I would never physically hurt anyone, I don't want to go to jail really. Plus it's just immoral to me to do that that kind of sh*t. But he did break my laptop and it had a lot of stuff in it and it's unfixable... he did it because he was po'd at me one day. He's also broken my cell phone, camera, chair... etc I just haven't done anything to his stuff
that's an interesting thing to do, but it's still sort of mean. I guess I can't get myself to do anything really mean :(
why give him a pencil and toothbrush? What would he do with it?
Don't forget his Tv and phone.
