What does "exotic" meant to guys? [inspired by the question below]

So in the question below this one, I saw that the question asker mentioned Megan Fox as exotic (she's just tan with really dark hair and nicely arched eyebrows but I see nothing exotic about her features). Do guys really see Megan Fox as exotic? What's exotic about her? I also noticed that guys mostly consider hispanics and asians exotic. Why not africans? I think africans are as exotic as hispanics and asians, if not more exotic. So, what are exotic characteristics according to guys?

ok I'm girl, but I know what guys see in those girls like megan fox and angelina jolie, they just have features you don't see in a everyday girl. something different. her face and body make her exotic looking, you don't see a girl that attractive on your afternoon walk, and guys do think africans are exotic I mean look at tyra banks. hispanic women are a mix of many things, that's why most guys think of us as exotic. exotic to guys is just different sexy something that you see don't everyday. I don't think its a competition, its just the way your born or make your self to look like, even people who have a lot of surgery never really get to that completely exotic look. the ones that do are rare. and asians are different but not that exotic.

Exotic looks are widely characterized as women who are of mixed ancestry. They typically have dark hair and skin ranging from fair to dark.

I wouldn't say megan fox is particularly exotic. While she IS pretty universally attractive, she's not naturally that way--she's a white girl who dyes her hair and eyebrows black and visits the beach/tanning bed frequently.

Well, I'm not exactly sure, but she has light eyes, and indian women typically don't. So I would bet that she is. She's SOOO gorgeous!

I consider someone exotic when the person doesn't have some of the most common traits. For example, in my city there are not a lot of really tanned girls, so when you see a girl with really tan skin and dark hair she's considered exotic. Also, I think darker features may proyect more sexuality, that equals to being exotic. As redheadbabygirl said, Kim Kardashian is veeery exotic. She's not white, but not black. She's a mix. That's really exotic. Same with Aishwarya Rai, she has light eyes, a trait that indian girls typically don't have.

I wouldn't call her exotic...but I think she is the hottest thing in hollywood. She is just as gorgeous as they come.

Exotic to mean was always more of someone of a different heritage with a saucy disposition. Little sassy, flirty and seductive all wrapped into a hot sexy body.

Exotic simply means features you don't see every day.

Meaning for example, one of those gorgeous girls from those Bollywood movies would be exotic to us..But over in India, WE would be the exotic ones...

You know what I mean?

And yeah, I'm African-American and many guys have called me exotic-looking too, because of some of my features. My eyes are big, but slightly slanted (Asian-like). And my hair is naturally long and straight like that of an East Indian.

It all depends on the guy, I guess.

To be exotic you either have to be mixed/multiracial or have features of another race. Megan Fox's dark hair, tan skin and full lips make her look more exotic but I typically think of someone who has those features naturally would be exotic. Megan Fox before her makeover looked like an American girl next door.

Just becuz she wears a lot of exotic looking makeup; red lips, cat eyes, and black hair.Its all made up therefore not exotic.She is pretty, but I don't think you can someone is exotic if theyre not mixed with two or more races.Also I've seen her in interviews and when she talks to the interviewers she kinda seems like she talks down to them!Shes actually very serious and doesn't joke around much.
