You don't have to be a political leftist to be an atheist. I don't believe in God but I don't go spouting bull and neither do I align to radical political movements.
Also, you let others convince you to such stuff? Why not think over it yourself?
I did. Thomas Aquinas is a philosopher and theologian from the Middle Ages who fathered the Scholastic Movement. It was from studying his arguments and the works written about them by Dr. Edward Feser, a local philosophy professor where I live, that convinced me of God's existence. What I like about them is that they are expressed through metaphysical demonstration.
I don't have the answer, but nobody does. You can believe/disbelieve what you want. Just be a good person and don't force your views down my throat or others throats and we're good.
Faith is believing without evidence. So what you are really saying is: "I abandonded it for one readon. I have a lack of faith." I will pray for you. Get Jesus in your life.

Seems some of your problems are with society.
Why no longer be part of society too then
If your not a Christian, and your not an atheist, what are you?
Open theist maybe, or simply a non practicing member of my religion.
Well, look into messianic jewdaism. This is my religon.
You spelled Judaism wrong
@Tanisha69 im sorry it did something weird, thanks 4 catching that tho
I agree. I don't consider myself Christian anymore either.
Very nice take. I was raised as a Christian but I agree with many points you made.
I share your sentiment here. A lot of what you written is resonant.
if you want to be loved by god no matter what then you don't need a religion or a belief system
What a cancerous MyTake...
I think God would want me to be a man more than he would want me to be a Christian.
Why not just be an atheist?
Because I hate political leftism and Thomas Aquinas convinces me that God exists even if I otherwise have problems with Christianity.

To each their own, I suppose.
Do you believe that the Bible is the word of God, or inspired by him?
Absolutely. I just disagree with it.
I don't understand most this MyTake
I abandoned it for one reason. Lack of evidence.
