
In my life, I had some of my biggest breakthroughs after going through severe pain or difficult trauma: My failed grades from school were deleted from my transcript because I reported health problems and provided them with medical evidence, leaving me with an improved record that made my grades good enough for grad school.
My mind improved the year after a traumatic phobia of airplanes gripped me over a 21 air plane ride from Australia, I learned a new meditation technique shortly after and began to get straight As after the meditation technique.
I overcome a loneliness issue after working a physical job where I had foot pain virtually every single work day because I learned that pseudo asceticism and God dependency could eliminate my feelings of loneliness and isolation and every time I tried hard to study and learn religion, I would learn new truths about God that improved my personality.
If you study the bible, demoniacs often had the most severe demonic attacks right before the demons were driven out because the presence of God brought all this unconscious and subconscious pain to the surface, just like an athlete who has to experience weakness and pain in his muscles before he can grow bigger and stronger muscles, so don’t let your pain define you, let your progress define you instead.
