TIP 1: Foster a Sense of Vision

A) There are multiple keys to achieving this, the first is to follow the 12 visionary ideals that lead to inspiration

1 - Do not judge or assess people by physical or intellectual qualities beyond their control

2 - Do not oppose somebody who has worked for your benefit

3 - Do not make somebody uncomfortable or depressed unless you are repudiating them for a chaotic or heinous moral crime

4 - Do not abuse the faith and confidence and respect of others but protect and shield those who look up to you

5 - Do not take rejection personally but work for God’s honour and reputation and not your own

6 - Respect the privacy and professional and social interest of others, even if you do not agree with their methods by practicing social and circumstantial congruence with their expectations and desires

7 - Do not allow your passion and desire for gratification to be the dictating drive behind your goals, put convenience and comfort and mental and emotional health above your secondary goal of passion and aesthetic interest because your desires should bless you and not cripple you

8 - Share the same heart and objectives as the community you subscribe to, use a religious house for religious veneration and not dating or economic benefits, use a place of employment for character building and networking and not for robbery or sleeping partners, use a friendship for mutual gain and not selfish exploitation or Reputation bolstering, be as authentic and as sincere as expected by your group.

9 - Pursue what is reasonable and not what is desired, what is practical and not what is ideal, what is required and not what is interesting, what is correct and not what is fun, what is honest and not what is charming, what is healthy and not what is tasteful, what is peaceful and not what is exciting, and respect authority figures with quiet and secret humility that is sincere and not done for praise

10 - Be intentional and frank about your boundaries and expectations and be as peaceable and considerate as possible when attempting to share and express them to others knowing people may not have the experience you do and refuse to associate with those who intrude on your dignity and self interest unless you are obligated by legal or social procedure to entertain an evil person such as an evil boss or corrupt court judge.

11. Do not marginalized or further weaken an unpopular or uncharismatic figure in your life, knowing that despite their ugliness or idiocy, they are still beloved creations of God and with mercy and compassion, protect the weak and vulnerable rather than imputing your own social circle against their dignity and reputation.

12. Be a person who represents beauty and excellence to the world and do not engage in negative or counter productive behaviour or mechanisms and do not allow yourself to be hated when hatred and hostility is unnecessary and avoid being fake or pretentious about who you are but allow acts of identifying personal omission if necessary and when morally justifiable and socially possible.

B) Keep your inspiration and humility, your good fortune and bad fortune, your sacrifice and reward, a secret and private affair and do not coalesce other people into your realm for the sake of conjecture or personal emphasis

C) Avoid the hostile criticism and dream killing ammunition those who claim to be Authority figures try to impose on you but shake off their views and when possible dismantle your frequency or dependency or personal engagement with them.

2) Another factor in fighting depression is religious activities involving Prayer and worship through self selected mantras or words or thoughts or ideas or divine feelings or directed prayers or physiological engaged meditations or melodious tones or verbal dialogues or multi synergistic intonations of voice and sound and music, done both privately and publicly, anonymously and socially, mentally and physically.

3) The third thing is physical fitness, do a muscle work out or some gardening work or take a walk or do a bit of cardio each day and try to eat nutritious food like avocados or tomatoes or spinach.

4) A fourth thing in conquering depression is by being charitable whether that involves donation or service or compassionate social boy dating or home made gifts or positive messages to others, all of that can work for you, be kind to others and view people in a relaxed and non materialistic and socially accepting way and you will be happy.
