Creating Anopheles knowing that people will get malaria from them, and creating Tsetse flies knowing that people will get sleeping sickness from them, and creating bats knowing people will get Covid from them is not the work of a creator that cares enough to intervene or give people commandments to live by, and for a creator to give humans the ability to feel lust and then make lust a sin makes no sense, so I find Deism a lot more believable
I mean it's explained in many religions that things such as lust like you mentioned are there to test us. As a test of faith. And then also at least in the Christian faith our life isn't supposed to be perfect. It is sort of a trial before we can enter heaven where we live a life without pain and sickness. And don't take this as me trying to tell you that you're wrong because that's not what I'm saying. For all I know I could be wrong. But that's the beauty of our views. They can be drastically different but it all boils down to what we believe.

What you are saying makes sense if you do not understand:
-Creator, God
-Abrahamic Covenant
-Man’s Free Will
-Total Depravity
-Attributional Nature Of God
-Evil, Judgment, Good, Righteous, and Wrath.
Please, do not take offense, however, your knowledge is partial and there’s no substantive information for your claims. Einstein Pascal Newton etc believed in a Creator God and Intelligent Designer. The greatest discovers in Physics, Mathematics, Philosophy, and both the Christian and Muslim world, from 600 AD until the “enlightenment” believed in a Creator, God. Modern philosophers such as Kant submitted to a Creator, God.
-All of this needs to be understood before one can, from a purely academia perspective, make the claim (s) you have made.
-BestThe Creator obligates himself to punish sinners. Everyone is a sinner, so everyone deserves to be punished. Many people are worthy of death, not just murderers. Covid19 was a plague from the Creator to punish sinners. There is no such thing as an accident.
