I don’t doubt god’s existence one bit but I’ve been watching some videos of how he created the world.

And now I keep repeatedly thinking how he was made and I’m getting really bad anxiety and panic attacks. I’m so sorry but where did he come from I’m low key scared. I don’t know if it’s the devil but I’m actually terrified because everything has a creative right?

First off: relax. God is all-knowing. And even came down to live as a human for a while, and so understands our perspective on things. Frankly, you SHOULD doubt God's existence, because you have no proof, and thus your belief in God is just that- belief- taken on faith, rather than knowledge. We were not endowed with sense, reason, and intellect that we should forgo their use. Coming to question what you've been taught about God is not the Devil, it's LOGIC, same as it would be to question what you've been taught about drugs, or racism, or sheep. Remember that God chose the Hebrews, a people culturally very fond of reason, argument, and debate; He wanted followers, not slaves. The great theologians of ages past debated these questions and ideas; there's no reason you can't debate them, too.

Now then, as to your question itself: no, not everything has a creator. Everything that changes has a cause (or causes) of that change, whether sentient or otherwise: the hydrogen that fuses into helium in the sun is changed by fusion, the grass blade torn off its steam is changed by the rabbit, and the baseball that flies out into the stands is changed by the bat that struck it. And the batter that swung said bat, and the friction that slows its flight and the gravity that pulls it back to Earth. You can rewind each of these things: before the ball flew out, it flew IN, thrown by the pitcher; before that, it was in a bag with the other balls, before that, it was shipped out from a factory, and so on and so forth. It would seem logically that ultimately, there was a point where nothing existed- but what are you basing that on?

When you see a glass full of water, you can reasonably ask where the water came from. When you see a glass that has no water in it, why is it less reasonable to ask where the water went? Because you know that glasses are made without water in them; the "unmodified state" of a glass is to be empty. You do not know that for the universe as a whole, and you do not know that for God.

The Bible says that God is the "King of Eternity". This means that He never had a beginning; He always was around and will always be around. The past is endless and the future is endless, because numbers (and years) are infinite either way; it is the same with God's existence.

This is the problem of special pleading that theists are so often guilty of.
As you've said, if you're consistent with the logic that all things have a cause, then it absolutely must apply to your god too, which leads to an infinite regress of gods causing gods.
If you say 'not all things need a cause', then you've just thrown your god out the window - because now Occams Razor (The premise that the simplest solution is usually the correct one.) would suggest that the Big Bang Theory, whether it's right or wrong, is now a much more viable answer than your god ever was.
You cannot simply say 'Oh well god doesn't need a cause because reasons', well now you've just stuck your fingers in your ears and are just wishing away the problem with magic. Sorry, it doesn't work that way. Not if you care about whether what you believe is actually true or not.

Theists can't win, no matter which of the 3 routes they go down. Which is a huge red flag and points to their conclusion most likely being incorrect.

It is not blasphemous to question God's origins so do not feel bad. That is natural curiosity. I've even wondered this. However, the Bible does not address God's origin. If indeed God was created is well beyond what we need to worry about. Whether or not God has a creator really does not matter to us. He is still the creator of this universe and all in it. He is still to be revered and obeyed. If we make it to Heaven that may be one of the secrets of the universe we will discover. However, what you should be more concerned about is doing what you can to obey his commandments, repent from sin, follow the Bible and, above all, place your faith in Jesus.

Religion doesn't claim everything that something can't come from nothing. An often misunderstood law of physics says that. So dont worry, you're in the clear. I think I've ever created for everything is pretty intuitive and it's actually hard to argue against it strongly.

It makes less sense that we have such a systematic universe that has just always been around and not put into motion by something by choice, than it does to simply say a higher power did it.

Whether or not that higher power is still present to this day and actually takes apart or gives a fuck in our lives or is all-powerful to the extent that many religions say is a separate conversation.

To me, God created at all and that makes the most sense. Every single thing that we know in the entire universe can be explained to hotlist created how was formed how it all began to some degree.

Someone or something caused it. It doesn't make sense that the universe as a whole uniquely just happened that nothing caused it or created it.

And even if you try to go by The Big Bang Theory is that is less sensible than a God made it lol

And no, there's absolutely no evidence that prayer works. People pray, sometimes they get a good outcome, sometimes they don't. The good folks of Mayfield, Kentucky were probably almost all Christians and prayed regularly. Their town was wiped out by a tornado. Many people were killed, and many more lost everything they had. Praying didn't do them any good.

There were a couple of studies done to see if being prayed for had any effect on the outcomes of people in hospital. It didn't. Plenty of religious people are living in misery, while my many friends who don't believe in God or prayer are happy, healthy, and prosperous. It's all just luck.

The only thing that can't disprove God's existence is "what was there before the big bang?" If you can answer that, then the question becomes, "what was there before that?"

That's what evolution is lol. Every living thing had evolved into what is necessary for the environment they're in. Evolution is also nothing more than mutations of cells.

For instance, everything on earth all started with a single cell organism. Due to a mutation of that cell, it became a multi-cell organism.

Over billions of years and mutations, that mutli-cell organism evolved into something large enough to see with the human eye (if humans existed then). Evolution and the mutations of those cells created a heart, lungs, gills, tails, scales, eyes, stomachs, etc.

This did not just happen over night. It took another billion years to mutate into what we now call fish.

Over time, there were a million more new species that evolved from the cell mutations. Some lost the gills and grew legs and began waking on land. Others continued evolving for life in the waters.

Those that became land organisms continued mutating to adapt to life on land. For instance, the fish with legs evolved into lizards and snakes. And yes, it's proven that some snakes actually have hip bones from when their ancestors used to have legs.

Eventually, as more billions of years passed, some of those lizards started growing much larger and their scales became tougher. Some of them grew large hind legs and short front legs, while some of them just grew drastically in size. These are how the dinosaurs were formed.

In other species, especially in colder regions, they began growing fur to adapt to their new climates.

With more evolution and mutations, the primates grew a conscious brain that could learn and adapt to their surroundings, outside of just instinct. For instance, they were able to forge weapons for hunting and defense. As a result, they no longer needed tails for survival, so their cells mutated and over time, they lost their tails. Similar to gorillas today.

As those primates started migrating to warmer climates, they no longer needed their thick fur, so ​their cells continued to mutate to where they were losing a large amount of their fur.

As they continued to evolve, they started standing upright and became Neanderthals which eventually evolved into humans.

As for why we aren't evolving now? Look around, we ARE evolving. We went from only having a fire made of sticks, to having fireplaces in our homes. To using that fire to create machines and basically play a huge role in the industrial revolution.

We now have computers that were once as big as an auditorium to just do simple math, to control just about every aspect of life in the palm of your hand.

There are also people who evolved into a genius like Albert Einstein, and Stephen Hawking that advanced our world by leaps and bounds.

If you want to think closer to home, look at the evolution of a newborn baby. It starts as nothing more than a single celled organism called sperm. That sperm migrates until it finds an egg which it then fertilizers. Then, that single-cell organism evolves into a mutli-cell organism. It continues evolving and mutating until it develops a heart and lungs. With several more weeks of evolution, it grows arms and legs, a head, eyes, mouth, and nose, etc.
