What do you think of bad Christians who harass you with false views?

When a cruel stalker told everybody I was mentally ill to prevent guys from dating me his best friend harassed me for 3 years by spreading the lie I was mentally ill and refusing to seek psychiatric car and now there is a hypocrite from bible study who keeps harassing me and telling me I need to socialize with other Christians and when I tell him I don’t want to, he tells me my refusal to socialize with hypocrites and imposters at church is stupid. And I had a bigot harass me for 9 hours for criticizing Donald Trump on Facebook.

I think that’s one of the Ten Commandments they’re violating: Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor.

They clearly have a problem, and I’m not sure what their end game is. Maybe they’re just children inside, and need to do some growing up.

I believe in God and (this may sound weird) he has talked to me before when I was younger when bad things were happening to me. This is what I believe and what he has shown me (you don't have to, believe me, I not saying that but listen out) God will guide you to the right path it may have its ups and downs, but everything happens for a reason. God will show you his words as you read the Bible in your time in need. Proverb 13:20 "Become wise by walking with the wise; hang out with fools and watch your life fall to pieces." I believe you need better friends and restart a new one from all the negativity.

Block the fools out of your life. Life is already not a constant bowl of cherries and also way too short to waste on morons.
Never ever saw the point of plastering my life all over the internet and became even more determined to avoid that when a friend's sister got burgled from posting vacation photos live online. The jerks actually left a note saying that they hoped all went well where she was. Not a pleasant experience, at all.
I'm not sure why you're singling out the bad Christians, as opposed to the rotten apples of any and/or no particular church or community. Jerks are international and every country has more than enough of them. If they are really being intrusive in your life and affecting your peace of mind, either get the church or the police involved in reigning in their bullshit.

My best friend's mother is a religious fanatic who believes a person can only be good if they're Christian and specifically her type of Christian. Hence her view on me is bad since I'm an atheist. I could literally run into a burning building and save 15 babies and she'll still call me an immoral sinner.
So I just keep my distance and don't ever engage with or talk to her.

First of all, I’m sorry to hear about your Aunt. Perceived wrong hearted “beat over head with Bible” people are not serving their Savior Biblically.
You described yourself as an Atheist who does not believe in God. And by self-describing as an Atheist you confirm that God exists. Your religion is predicated upon the existence of the thing that you contend does not exist. One can not believe or disagree with something that does not exist, therefore, in your very opposition you acknowledge God Is. It’s nonsensical.
Something can not, be and not be, in the same time and same relationship.: You can not be an Atheist if there is not a God. There’s some basic Proofs in the “For all you Christians…..” post you should check out. -Best-

I have been around Holy Rollers who were over the edge.
One told me I would go to hell because of my interpretation of a scriptural passage.

We are supposed to socialize with other Christians, but some of them are so closed-minded. So, I don’t even bother, anymore. I tend to just go to church and dip right after the service. 🤷🏾‍♀️
As long as I hear the word and read my Bible at home, I am good.

i think a Christian who gets the bible wrong get it wrong because of the the way the bible is taught wrong at church or even taught things that aren't in the Bible at all. like for instance a really simple one is Eve ate the apple in the garden of eden. I don't think less of them cause they don't know any better. I sometimes will ask to show me where that is in the Bible. Sometimes i don't say anything cause they do believe in Jesus and thats really cool :)

Ah... I go to one of those Bible believing and practical living in Bible Belt USA churches. We've been in services for 1.4 months. And there is a Seminary and Shepherds International (missions) that's part of the Church. It is like the Moody Church Chicago model.

You can download shepherds church app or go to shepherds. org Sunday USA Eastern 9am, 10am. There's at least two services. There were 3 before COVID. The Preacher is internationally known and sermons translated into most languages. Pastors website, with Sermons and Bible Study, are at Wisdom International. org or "won't let me put a link?". Church service: We are in the book of Luke and it is a verse-by-verse study rather than a Topical. There are plenty of practical applications included too.
