I was raised by a mother who was always searching for spiritual and religious insight. Because she joined cult after cult, and I was raised in part in a boarding school run by one of those cults, which did not have state approvals, licenses and certifications, and there was considerable mental, sexual and physical abuse there, I got rather turned off by the whole "New Age" groups set. I am now a religious agnostic who belongs to no church and follows no human.
They're Christians, I'm agnostic, although I still see Christianity or religion as necessary to keep communities together, I simply don't believe in it

I told a girl my dad was an atheist and my mom was an agnostic and former Buddhist and she immediately accused me of lying cause she doesn’t believe I could be that religious if I was not raised in it. Being religious when your not raised in it is challenging but not impossible.
We are all Catholic, but I lean more conservative/traditional than my parents do. I go to a Traditional Latin Mass parish and they go to what's called the Novus Ordo, or the Mass that most Catholics know today.
We are all faithful to the Church on social issues (abortion, gay marriage, and so forth). Where we differ is what we believe about some of the finer points of theology on matters like how many souls are saved or damned, the Second Vatican Council, the development of doctrine, and other things.
My parents aren't very religious. My dad moreso than my mom, but neither attend church at all. They had me baptized as a Catholic, but I am an atheist.
Religion and my sexuality do not mix most of the time, so I stay away.
Moms a full grown Christian, dad believes in women sorta bi polar, number god, thing meanwhile I'm just an atheist
Damn I was tired when I typed this moms a Christian and dad believes in some* sorta bi polar, number god, thing
Lollll
Mine are the same as my father's. He was agnostic leaning towards atheism. Mine are very different from my mother's. She was Catholic.
Similiar, neither i not my parents have any religious beliefs.
We are all Christians but they are more conservative than mine are
The main difference is that my parents had religious beliefs and I don't. But if I did have religious beliefs they would probably be the same as my parents because it's the only religion I know.
