Not drinking enough water is actually a leading cause of disease and not a solution to them. Dehydration has serious consequences on health. Heart problems, kidney failure, kidney stones, poor mental and physical performance and even cancer can and do all result from not drining enough water.

Don't listen to whatever your bullshit religion teaches you, listen to actual science.

The actual facts are that there actually aren't any proven health benefits to fasting at all. The healthiest thing one can do is maintain a regular, balanced diet. Fasting can lead to eating disorders as well as other serious conditions such as gallstones.
