If things we feel convicted of aren’t necessarily in the Bible, Scripture to support what we’re feeling, is your conviction still justified?

What I essentially mean is, even if it’s not in the Bible, does it mean what you feel guilty of isn’t necessarily wrong or a sin?

No, it doesn't mean that at all. The main reason for this is that the Bible is not the sole rule of faith. Nowhere in the Bible does it say - or even imply - that all matters of faith, belief, and morals are to be found in the Bible.

And as a matter of fact, there are some areas of the Bible that state exactly the opposite. For instance, in Matthew 16, when Jesus tells Peter that what he binds on Earth will be bound in Heaven. In Saint Paul's Second Letter to the Thessalonians, he charges the faithful to hold onto their traditions. So there, we have two other sources for Christian belief - the Church and Sacred Tradition.

So even if a belief or practice is not expressly blessed or condemned by the Bible, the matter is not therefore settled.

It depends. There are plenty of things the Bible doesn’t talk about simply because the concept of those things didn’t exist at the time.
Take pornography for example. The Bible doesn’t talk about it because it didn’t exist at the time. But the Bible does talk about lust, adultery, fornication.:. a lot of things that pornography centers on. Therefore we can draw the conclusion that pornography is a sin.

because you can justify anything. it's a subjective opinion. just like the things that the bible says. that's why both things are on virtually the same level. that's why nobody can ever tell you that you're "wrong" about your religious convictions. cause they're not grounded in facts or reality.
