Nothing wrong with going out on Halloween and go trick or treating. The jack-o-lantern was used to scare evil things away. Same as everything else. Some Christians have taken it a step to far. Its common sense. Knocking on people's doors and saying "trick or treat" and get candy isn't bad. Its the ones who do the mischief. Not the kids in costumes.
Put it another way. Ones who dress up in costume for reenactment of the nativity scene could be blasphemous.
Its people in costume in both instances. Its ok to be a Christian and have faith. Don't take the humanity out of things or humor or fun out of it.

That guy is a bone head. It doesn't sound like he has ever read a book in his life other than the Old Testament.
He just represents a bizarre cult and is as representative of Christianity as holy rollers or snake handlers.
I think Puritans should stay home and practice ritual asceticism.
i haven't for years but I was a satanist before when I didn't partake and now I am a christian
Yes as its a Christian festival. Why wouldn't Christians celebrate their own festivals?

Halloween 🎃 is OK to celebrate. I play scary music in a pastor's garage on Halloween. So because he is a pastor it's totally fine. One year, the pastor invited over one of those balloon making clown guys. He was a religious clown so 100% OK with God. And yeah, he made balloon animals and balloon UFOs 🛸. But he also made a 6ft tall balloon Jesus! And He had a loin cloth to cover his balloon private area. Then after trick-or-treating, I watched a scary movie with the pastor's family. Last year we watched The Exorcist 🤘😈.
I don’t see why not. It’s just a fun Holliday to dress in costume and eat candy.
Yeah. It has pegan roots….. like 3000 years ago. The question to be asked is: “why are you doing this?” No one worships the Celtic gods anymore. This Holliday is about good clean fun and eating candy. Nothing more. No one even acknowledges the Samhain which is what the Celtic people called it, and 99% of people don’t even know the religious rituals and what it was about. So I see no harm and nothing that violates scripture.
It’s like St. Patrick’s Day. Everyone thinks is a day to celebrate being Irish. That’s what it is now. At the start it was to celebrate the Christianization of Ireland.i recommend all Christians should make costumes and costumes party. if you want to split hairs, then not demon costumes just comic book anime or cartoon including... casper.
Most of your Christian holidays are based off pagan holidays.
Yes, Halloween was alway fun when I was a kid. It has sort of been over commercialized and you do not see the pranks like I use to play on people but it still is fun to see all the neighborhood kids all dressed up.
What if they go trick or treating as Jesus? Or Michael/ Gabriel? Or a nun? Or one of the many youtube preachers who make a dime off poor schmucks?
Modern Halloween is cultural appropriation of Celtic culture and therefore racist.
😆 no, lol, where is it in the Bible to celebrate a pagan holiday of satan?
Alwaysreckles93. I wish you a happy life.
