Im my home only christian music is allowed. My younger sister of course Catholic š was listening to Ariana Grande while I was at a bible study she knows worldly music inst allowed. I also notice my sister gets in a horriblereally bad mood when she listens to Ariana Grande. Ariana Grande sings demonic music. So no only christian music is allowed. I dont allowed starbuck coffee brands inside my home the startbucks mermaid brand is a demon in the marine darkness other brands are welcome as long as it isn't startbucks. I rather buy the coffee Dunkin Donuts I provide that to avoid demon starbucks. mermaid inside my home. What rules do you haveat your home?

+1 yTotally agree, they honor your rules or they know where the door is. When they pay the bills, they have a say.
Agree it's good to put restraints on what garbage comes in the house. We don't, I listened to all sorts of garbage music. I still enjoy the sound and the artists but when I listen to it, I realize how broken it really is. Not everyone does... and such gets leeched into the minds of unsuspecting. I learned to "Jesusize" the music... that is see the damage in the songs rather than submit to their negative energy. Thus... there is learnings... e. g. when walking around stores, such music is leeched into our bodies.
kinda interesting dynamic... might be different brains. Catholic is very visual... which I don't go for. Maybe your sister is that way. Good to respect her uniqueness. She may not realize what she's doing to herself. The adversary is tricky.
not sure about the mermaid... never thought about it, I don'tlook for the evil in everything. But yea, their stuff isn't good, expensive, and overly sweet or salty (food). yuck to dunkin donuts... can't find anything there that tastes good. find a good shop that makes a decent cappuccino.
Everyone is different, unfortunate to hear you have such odds w sisters. my wife's sisters are quite different from her and she does very well to keep peace and build nuclear family, but also strong with building family... takes firm communication... not easy.
downside for your children is they only hear christian music. They need to know there is a world of other stuff and how to handle it. The world is not nice... it's an emotionally damaged world and they will have to deal with it else live in a shell.
Don't even think about where your food is coming from...

For example, Cliff Richard was recording secular music ten years before he became a Christian in the late 60s - do you ban everything from before he converted or is it sanctified by his conversion? The singer of The Hollies is born again but the other members aren't - should they be banned or not? And what about Amy Grant - her music gets used for as much secular as Christian use?
Moral of the question: if you're going to be an imitator of Christ, don't try to clean the fish before you catch it. It's hypocritical to try. I'm a Christian but I'm not going to pretend I'm perfect. I'm forgiven, not perfect.
My main rule: Keep an open mind as far as the Gospel goes.10 Reply
+1 yDefinitely! My kids were brought up to know that they aren't allowed some things at other people's homes and they are allowed some things that I might not allow in my home. Different people, different rules.
There are kids who were not welcomed back to my home a second time after they would completely ignore my rules because their mommy said it was okay. I find it disrespectful.

+1 yI agree with all your rules because it's your house and you have the right to set the rules in your house. I don't however believe I some if the reasons but we are all entitled to our own beliefs and as long as our beliefs don't incite violence against one another I'm ok with that.

+1 yTechnically yes, on the other hand, as long as they are not breaking stuff or annoy me too much, they can do whatever they want. Just redo everything youve done when your leaving.
In terms of music, in worst case scenario they can simply wear headphones.10 Reply

I think itās just a logo. Real Satanists donāt use obscure symbols. Theyāre very upfront about their Satanism.
A guy named John Todd who turned out to be a fraud claimed that there were various symbols used by the Illuminati all through society in the 80ās. Things like the 76 logo (gasoline) representing the year the Illuminati was founded and all kinds of other stuff.
I tend not to believe those types of claims. Real Satanists will use pentagrams and Baphamet and all kinds of other occult symbols to represent themselves. I think Starbucks is just a coffee company and the logo is just a mermaid, but feel free to give me a link and Iāll look into it. - +1 y
I sure will Sir thank you.

I'm a christian catholic and for sure i believe in god and jesus and always try to become a better person, it's true that i don't care about such signs and things but if i was visiting your house than for sure i'll respect the rules of it's owner...00 ReplyThese are some old school rules like the ones I grew up with. Your house, your rules. Donāt be surprised to find contraband recordings of secular music though.
10 ReplySounds like a very oppressive lifestyle. Hopefully your sister can move out to enjoy some freedom. Starbucks are bad for many reasons, mainly their unwillingness to pay tax but not because of the cartoon like depiction of a mythical character.
