Most of the current ones that are on the internet or the West are frauds, who cite fake philosophy to Westerners for money. Most Indians too are clueless about spirituality or anything philosophy as there are countless ancient texts and most can't read them.

a lot is the result of the Vedic Age with many competing schools of thought. That and Hinduism is so flexible that it can incorporate new belief systems into a VERY polytechnic system.
