I said plus, but really it's neither if you think about it. They aren't hurting anyone, what hurts western society at the very least is when a specific religion tries to push its beliefs on others. Most atheists don't push their non-belief on to others, they just insist no religions be pushed on to anyone.

You basically just also described religion in a nutshell.

They attack those who don't follow their belief. They call them non believers and infidels. They are trying to indoctrinate kids in schools.
