All the ones who gossiped about me at 18 have had unfortunate lives. Either they had health problems that caused severe agony or they end up making minimum wage or have no jobs and live below the poverty line. I know two people who dishonoured me that gained over 60 pounds in 5 years.

You're committing the post hoc, ergo propter hoc fallacy here (i. e. "after the fact, therefore because of the fact"). There is no connection between what happened here. It's coincidence.
