I am not muslim but I pray 5 times a day because it relaxes me. Is it weird?

Yes i don't believe in any religion but i wanna take health advantages of faith. Thats why i still pray 5 times in a day to a superior being, my god. Even tough i know there is no god it still relaxes me to beleive in a god as a fictional character. Is it weird?
