Why do some people think someone turns into a non-believer because of society?

Isn't it really the opposite? A baby is born innocent without any religious beliefs whatsoever. So a baby would be born without a religion.

So literally you're born non-believer because religion hasn't been taught to you yet. Then as soon as people start baptizing their babies and enforcing religion on them during their developmental years, then you become believers.

2, you can't know about a baby. Can you ask a baby? You only ASSUME no faith but religion teaches about SOUL so soul of baby DID KNOW.

You aren't a believer at birth, but you can be indoctrinated as a child and then as you begin to form your own opinions and think for yourself, you can lose faith and become a non-believer.

yeah and too much religion (esp if the child finds no real, valid answers to good questions or told to just shut up accept the religion) can make the child turn away from it
