Neither. It is simply the truth.

If you know what the Catholic priesthood is and to what it is ordered, then you'll understand that the only metaphysical possibility is for a man to be a priest.

There's all sorts of theology that goes into it, but the shortest and simplest explanation (😆😆😆) is this. The relationship between Jesus Christ and the Church is one of marriage, with the Church often being referred to in the feminine; "Holy Mother Church", she is often called, for example. This relationship is so detailed in Ephesians 5 and Apocalypse (Revelation) 19.7 and 21.2.

The role of the priest is one of sacrifice and ministry, and not merely a "helper". It is to carry on the ministry of Christ and to administer the Sacraments of the Church. It is a share in the eternal high priesthood of Jesus (Hebrews 4.14-16). That being so, the minister of Jesus ought to be and can only be a man.

This, consequently, is also one reason why married men cannot be priests, but also gay men.

In between, it is not exactly hate nor despised but also not "divine" because no such prophecy, just a " tradition" so men don't flirt with their preistess.

On second thought, in a catholic system With "confess" (in contrast to protestants, me), a guy won't be able to confess sexual stuff , to a lady preist, so that rule, is kind of justified within catholic.

I want to see the answers to this one. I rather expect that some Catholics will agree and others will not. Most, but not all protestants may disagree. Fundamental Protestants may agree though.
