Why are any women in these religions?

Don't women know Pope Leo the new, EXCLUDED women from serving as Deacon. Like Islam excluded lady leadership. Why don't they flee from the Faiths that excluded them?

If I were a lady, and treated worse, I would leave, why is even one lady in these faiths?

Islam has let women lead. There have been more female leaders in Muslim countries than in others.

As for the popes.. they follow a different ideology from the Muslims and Jews.
