In lands that follow Jesus, the good will legally be allowed to enter at some rate... So if you are of good character and plan to contribute to America then eventually you will legally be allowed to enter if you follow the law. If you break the law incur judgment... It's pretty simple really.

I don't know what he personally would have done, but he did say "render to Caesar that which is Caesar's", he reaffirmed the Fourth Commandment, and gave the Church teaching authority in prudential matters, like immigration...

So I don't know about anyone else, but it's pretty tough to imagine that he would have said illegals are off the hook entirely.

I don't think he would have outright condemned deporting them. I really don't. Jesus was perhaps the single most divisive and EXCLUSIVE person in all of human history. Having just finished reading the Old Testament, I can personally verify that Jesus did in fact say more about Hell, damnation, perdition, eternal fire, and such than anyone else in the entire Bible thus far (I'm only about two thirds through Matthew, the first Gospel, and already, he's mentioned such at least maybe a dozen times). So if eternal separation from God is a possibility for many souls, I don't think it's too much of a stretch to suppose he would have accepted the expulsion of some foreigners from a given nation.

Pretty sure Mary and Joeseph were “undocumented” in the Roman empire. This is the same man that broke bread with the most hared people in society to show them kindness. He would call the actions of ICE for what they are: the abhorrent actions of monstrous leaders guiding men either too angry or too afraid to do the right thing.
