Never mind the purported divinity of Jesus, I'm not convinced there was such a person as there's no direct evidence, no contemporaneous records. Wikipedia reports that the historical consensus is that such a person existed, but I believe that most historians simply have no interest.

I acknowledge Jesus existed and is real, but not sure whether or not he was the savior.

What I do know is people preach and exploit the beliefs of others for money, power, influence, an agenda founded in suppression of the very people Jesus uplifted and cared about.

I separate my personal moral code from ethics, that both may clash however the ethics will prevail and all I can do is speak out if it does however not affect it for population based on my personal beliefs.

There is historical evidence that a man named Jesus lived approximately 2000 years ago. My believing that man is the Son of Gog and was crucified has always been difficult for me.
