If religious people know that Heaven exists, why do they get upset when someone close to them dies, since they will see them again in Heaven anyway?

Should one not feel sadness and sorrow at being separated, even if only for a time, from someone they love? Should they not feel sadness and sorrow at no longer being able to spend time with that person, to speak to, laugh with, dine and drink with, and otherwise be in their company? If someone grieves, it means they loved.

Because it's still death, death means you won't see them until you die, which people by default believe they will live long, it's not about not seeing them again but about not seeing them again in the only way you know them and have seen them, even tho you will meet with them again, it will be in another realm, in this world and even the universe, the person doesn't exist anymore, they are gone, within time, space and matter, they no longer exist.

RIGHT? I have thought about this recently as well! My conclusion is that I will see them in heaven as well! But we have to remember grieving can cause many other emotions/feelings to rise to the surface.
