In Africa, thousands of sacrificial animals are slaughtered with donations, and the poor benefit from the meat. In fact, sacrificial meat is also given to villages belonging to other religions in that region. So, there's no rule that sacrificial meat must be shared only among Muslims. Help is also given to non-Muslims.
