Does the Bible say God exalts those who honor all people, including the poor?

The Bible says God exalts you when you respect others, and most people have at least one person they respect and honour, but do you respect and honour poor people? unattractive people? Old people? Young people? Fragile people? Ignorant People? Flawed People?

Some people honour others and are still humbled by God, because they honour some of God’s children, but not other children of God, such as immigrants, foreigners who follow other religions, non-believers who have never been exposed to the gospel, etc…

And sometimes God does not want you to honour others if their behaviour is very bad, sometimes God wants you to avoid badmouthing and judging those whose behaviour is bad, because they might have traumas or knowledge gaps in their life that drive their sinful behaviour, and those are things God can correct over time, if you give them the grace they need to be forgiven for their sins.
