Hey, I voted for Barry the first time, but let's be honest this building is a disaster. I am however glad he built it on this house side and trying to bring up a bad neighborhood bit.

We travel in our vehicles for work. The other day I got in a medium dangerous car accident and my vehicle became inoperable. I sent a picture of my vehicle to my boss and said that I won't be able to work today.

He showed concern and then immediately asked if I could work the weekend, at all. I didn't take it any type of way and said that I doubt I would be able to work the weekend. I probably won't have my vehicle for Saturday, and I needed Sunday off anyway. He doesn't respond to my text message.

45 minutes later he sends a long email to the entire team about how we signed up to work weekends and we all need to suck it up and work weekends because it's not really doable to expect both days off.

Naturally, I got a bit defensive and I told him I'm not trying to have the weekend off, I'm literally sitting in the mechanics right now trying to get my vehicle back. I don't appreciate the email about not wanting to work.

He acted a bit confused and then told me that the email wasn't about me and was about my other teammates. I find it hard to believe that I'm not lumped in there or that my situation didn't trigger this email, but I actually do believe him after he explains it to me.

Here's the thing though. He acted like I was crazy for thinking that at all and was gaslighting me that it's ridiculous I thought it was about me. He basically dismissed me and my response and told me I need to chill out and acted like I was creating something out of nowhere. Like he essentially said "You're being a little B.. t. ch and creating drama out of nowhere so F how you feel because you took it the wrong way" w/out fully saying that.

I felt myself get hot because I could feel the passive aggression and him twisting the conversation so that it seemed like I was crazy. We got into it back and forth for a bit and then I said I'm not carrying this on further.

Who is in the wrong? Can you not see my point of view that I would think that? Did my boss gaslight me or is this all on me?

My ex broke up with me. It wasn’t a nasty breakup. Although she was a bit mean/dismissive at the very end. Nothing bad happened. I met her parents she met mine. Marriage talks despite a shorter 4 month relationship

I stopped contacting her and removed her off of socials. I have spent the last 6 weeks really depressed. I lost a connection and literally the most beautiful girl in the world 😭😭

I’m a guy I can lose my pride/dignity for a girl I like? Who cares?

I won’t beg her or send her an essay. But reach out check how she is and explain how I think what we had was really special. But also be like I understand if she has moved on.

No pressure or desperation in the message.

Reasons for breaking up, guy didn’t make her feel special enough, feels resistance inside.

Girl was a bit mean and dismissive to the guy at the end.

Shoukd you ever wait for the dust to settle and then try again despite being rejected once? If you really like the girl. Or do you lose self respect and dignity?

If a guy was overall good to you and not rogue. Do you just tend to remember the good bits about the relationship

What has she thrown away?

I am a good guy, sensitive and I don’t drink/club/smoke. We got on and had chemistry. I am a guy who ticked all her boxes on paper, same culture and religion. In the same top career like her, I’m from a really good family that is very wealthy. Her parents liked me. I’m tall, good looking and in shape. It’s like I’ve got every gift out there and still wasn’t enough :(

In the end I was fighting for her which is kind of crazy because she should be fighting for a guy like me too.

In the end I didn’t do anything fundamentally wrong I was a good boyfriend. Her reasons were just a bit retarded thinking I’m a player, it could get messy, didn’t make her feel special.

We all make small mistakes, but I tried to be a good boyfriend and invested a lot of my time and energy and was committed. I don’t think I will ever understand how she just let me go. Very painful.

I am crazy about this girl. We had a short but full on relationship. The last two weeks there was arguing then we broke it off and it was mainly her not wanting it. She did consider getting back, but felt a weight off her shoulders when we broke it off as she thought it could get messy, thinks we could clash. Rang her the next day and she agreed to take a break. Then she rang me back a few days later and rinsed me.

Saying I didn’t make her feel special, didn’t provide for her and loads of reasons, and I agreed to make the necessary changes, apologised said I really like her. She was like ‘not sure not sure, you’re a nice guy.’ Said she just wants to be single for a couple months then get back to dating a new guy, and to delete the account we set up together.

It has been 1.5 months with no contact. I removed her off of instagram as soon as we broke up. Told her to never contact me again - as I thought that was it and was hurt, bit impulsive. She hasn’t blocked me off WhatsApp.

I was a good boyfriend to her. I didn’t do anything wrong, we all make small mistakes but nothing bad. We have met each others parents, a lot of marriage discussion. I thought we got on soo well. I am messed up. She was insanely beautiful as well. Once in a lifetime girl.
