My crush and I are both virgins. We both have strong feelings for eachother. The only reason we haven't dated is because of our 2 1/2 year age gap (we are planning to date out of high school when were both ready, we both aren't gonna date anyone until then.)

Since we started having a thing, he's brought up sexual topics. He told me about this girl trying to sext him and what she said and he told her "no sorry I'm a good boy." I mentioned how guys from school have said that stuff to me and he was utterly shocked and offended they'd say that to me.

He has made it clear he is a virgin. He told me that his friend and aunt are talking about their first times and how he's uncomfortable because he's the only virgin in the room.
That same night he told me how he hates that his friend only wants girls for sex and thats not what's loves about. He was saying how if he's in a relationship, he's in it to grow, learn, be loyal and because he sees something that could be beautiful. He says sex isn't what he cares about in a relationship. He puts any woman's needs before him because we deserve it so he says.

He knows I'm innocent and I dont talk about that stuff, but he has been talking about sex a lot. Like his aunt got mad he was sitting with his legs open wide and he said "its not like I'm touching myself or screwing some girl" then said "its not like I'm having intercourse right in front of her, like she knows I'm a good boy I don't know why shed be so rude." there's been a few instances like there where he normally wouldn't bring up sex but he is.

Why do you think he constantly has started to bring up sex? He never used to say this stuff when we were close friends.

i'm 16 turning 17 on the 11th and i been on and off with a guy that i'm in love with who keeps breaking up with me after a week so now my mom said she doesn't want me cuddling with him or doing anything that just friends wouldn't do as well as she doesn't want me dating him... at my age does she have the right to stop me from dating him or should i go ahead and date him if he wants me back again even with them saying they don't want me dating him. i know what i'm doing to myself but without him i'm depressed, empty, lonely, and lost. i already been sneaking behind my parents back and cuddling with him, kissing him, and having sex with him.
