He views all my stories but never initiates? If by tomorrow he doesn’t reach out I’m unfollowing him

TL; DR: ask guy from dating app to add/message each other on social media, he likes photo of my dog & I but doesn’t message me, not interested?

TL; DR: If you initiate moving from the dating apps to social media, is it entitled to expect the guy to message on social media at that point?
