What to do if boss harassed over chat?

I am working in a renowned mnc. Due to covid everyone is working from home. I hv come to bangalore for some reason which happens to be my base location. Casually told my manager about it and we started having a conversation. It was a normal conversation where he was joking around and we were talking about the places ewe have lived etc. Jokingly he was saying that he will pinch my arms n make them red. I said I will wear a jacket to save my arm. He said then strategy will change. So on so forth. He asked for my number and I gave him as I couldn't say no to my boss. On whatsap he asked what my favorite color was. N I said few colours. He then said let me guess u r wearing black now. I said no. Then he said ' I mean inside'. That was when I got what stunt he was trying to pull off. I am avoiding him since. I don't know what to do. I am super stressed. He deleted all sus messages that he sent on teams as well as whatsap. I managed to take a few snapshots. Pls help on what to do. I don't want to lose my job. He is 15 years older and married. I feel so creeped out. After some time he said I was just joking if you felt bad I am sorry. I have not replied him yet.
