We wanted to make a baby before we were dating. Okay, maybe this is a little crazy, but before me and Raine were dating, we talked about having a baby. I can talk more on that in the updates if you guys and gals want, but right now I want to talk/ask about motivations.

1. Loneliness

One big motivation for wanting a baby is to have someone you can love, who NEEDS your love, who can't survive without it. Many people want a baby because they want to have that sense of purpose, which leads to my next point.

2. Hope

We all want the world to be a better place, right? We all want our children or nieces/nephews etc to have a good life, a better life than we did. Some of us see hope that the world will become a better place, or that our children can make the world a better place.

3. Instinctual Reproduction

This is pretty straight forward. We have a built-in biological clock that tells us we must reproduce for the survival of our race.

5. Family

Also pretty straight forward. Many of us would love to settle down and make a family. We want to grow old surrounded by loved ones, knowing that we built a family full of love.

5. Intimacy

There's something special about making a child with someone. I'm a romantic, previously a skeptic. I believe that there is a special bond made when a couple trusts and/or loves each other enough to go raw and finish inside. Idt it's a fetish thing or a weird thing, I just think that's how the chemicals in our bodies work. There's something about it that brings you closer, and ESPECIALLY if it's for the purpose of procreation.

I am 15 M and my older brother is 18 M, We grew up very close and he has always been there for me and looked after me since our parents were always working and were barely home. Even when we got older, we were still very close.. however we still shared the same bedroom and bed. I thought it was normal since he would offer to sleep in the same bed as me whenever i got scared when i was a child.. but now that im 15, i do feel a bit uncomfortable sharing a bed and room with my older brother. But that’s not the only problem, he’s always been very overprotective of me and whenever i mentioned that im going to hang out with my friends he gets angry and asks a lot of questions such as “who im hanging out with” or “is it a boy or girl”. He always likes to be very affectionate and calls me “darling” or “baby boy”…and whenever we’re apart such as (school, soccer practice, etc..), he texts me saying how “he misses me” and that “he can’t stand being apart from me”. I honestly don’t know if i should talk to him or tell my parents.. I don’t know what’s going or if i’m overthinking things

My girlfriend Donna had an abortion because we had an accidental pregnancy. I was fully supportive due to the fact that neither of us had kids or wanted kids. We agreed no kids=freedom and money.

Recently, it seems like me and Donna are not the same page. She doesn’t want children of her own but wants to play mom to other peoples children, and constantly pushing other peoples children in my face. Trying make to play dad to other people’s kids.

Donna wants me to inconvenience my life for her friend Lacey’s kids. Her friend Lacy has this nightmare child who out of control. Lacy’s daughter breaks stuff, screams nonstop, and not potty trained at the age of 4. This kid is the biggest handful. Yet Donna is always volunteering to babysit this kid whenever we have it planned to spend the day together, and constantly pushing Lacey’s kid in my face. The other day we had an argument because I didn’t want the kid sleeping in our bed. The kid ended staying in our room and ripped one of my sweaters and damaged my Xbox controller 🎮.

I planned a couples road trip for us to drive from Toronto to New York and Donna was gonna bring Lacey’s kid, so I cancelled. I figured there’d be no point in spending this kind of money and time on a trip just to deal with a screaming child. Earlier today Donna had the kid over and she damaged the carpet with glue. Gonna cost lots of money to repair.

I told Donna I’m not dealing with this bullshit anymore. Her response is “if you loved me you’d take care of her”.

Donna talks about adopting Lacey’s daughter, even wants to leave Laceys kids in her will. I don't know if this is grounds for a breakup!
