I have a girl friend, who I've known since around May. She has a boyfriend so I always looked at her as a friend.

Since December, she became very flirty. Lots of touching (massaging, playing with my hands, fixing my hair a lot, touching my neck, etc.) And sexual jokes (For example, I showed her a hoodie and asked her opinion on it, she said if she saw me in that she'd spit on it, then told me with a flirty smile that that's not the only thing she'd spit on, or I accidentally squeezed her neck too hard and I told her I don't know her neck that well yet and she asked "Well, you want to get to know my neck well?"). Or when she said something slightly mean I told her I'll punish her and she said she'd like it and I'm turning her on. And tons of other examples like this. She's also not bothered by the fact that people think we're together.

She told me I'm her last thought before sleep, I told her don't joke around and she said she's not joking (I still think she was joking haha). Or when she almost tripped she said "I almost fell on you" and I said "Well you already fell for me anyways so what does it matter" and she didn't deny it and smiled. Another similar situation to this when she said my coworker loves me (romantically) and I told her "She's not the only one" and she blushingly smiled.

So I'm kind of confused on what I should think. I'd like to think she's just joking around but she says and does these so often that I don't know anymore.

If a random guy you have never met before does an act of kindness for you like the scenario bellow how do you think you would repay them?

It's late you have had a pretty rough night out your still fairly sober but overall it was a mess. You come back to your townhouse and up the stairs you fumble to find your keys upset and just wanting to get inside and forget about it all.
However you find your keys but they slip from your hand and fall down the steps upon trying to go back down to retrieve them you slip and fall landing on your side at the bottom. You have a twisted leg and potential broken arm, in massive pain no one in site. It's a winters night and like most women follishly wore short dress and heels however you do have a jacket on at least. It's partially snowing and icey too.
A minute passes and a guy spots you runs over to check on you and notices what has happend. He calls for an ambulance and stays with you comforting you offering kind words untill the ambulance gets there. He acompanies you to the hospital after asking if you would like that. Your family lives away from you in another town. You are also single too so don't have anyone really close apart from some friends etc.

After you have been treated I go and check on you and tell you I have to go as I have plans tommorow and need to get some sleep.
