It’s really hard for me to date because I only make 25$ in this over priced economy. I can only save $400 per month and I’m almost 36. I’m currently in the process of training to be a class 3 driver where I should make around $30/hour, but that’s not guaranteed. Am I still datable?

A little more background. He has some mental issues of some sort, but he has tried to “date” my niece when she was a minor and he was mid 30s.
His family thinks he’s harmless and pretty much enables him to do what he wants so they don’t have to deal with it, but I feel it’s really a matter of time before he says something or does something to the wrong person and ends up in trouble or worse.

Also when I date I can see that this person is trying to hide something and usually it turns out I’m right. From what I can see it’s a common thing right now. I’m 24 and wondering if it’s still worth trying because it’s time consuming. I could be following my pretty good career instead or enjoying nature on the weekends instead of trying to find a partner. Is everyone trying to hide a secret that they know would affect their partner these days?
