People cheat. Sometimes people cheat on good people for almost no reason. Most people will bend the internal morality of their actions around their wants and desires. People will swear on their grandmothers grave they’d never sleep with somebody after meeting them once, and then shock themselves by sleeping with THAT person when they eventually encounter them.

Love is essentially transactional, not just monetarily but emotionally and physically. Sometimes people just don’t want to be with you any more. Looks are a MASSIVE part of attraction. Comfort kills attraction. Your partner is not yours, it’s just your turn.(MOST relationships will end sooner or later). Most people believe they’re more righteous and principled than they are. Morality has nothing to do with arousal. Both genders are struggling to find fulfilling partners because one side has grown weak and one side is now free to select for what they want which is the best of the best. Certain immutable traits are key. Most relationships after a couple of years are routine and not sexually fulfilling. People are nowhere near as unique in their behaviour as they think they are.

Is everyone out there trying to use, break hearts and cheat? NO. Most human beings are very much looking and trying consciously to attain and build the perfect, unconditional, long lasting loving relationship. That’s their conscious motive. But life is life and it truly hits people harder and at weirder angles than they could possibly have anticipated. Good sweet innocent people surprise themselves. The righteous fall. Most are not as strong or as selfless as they think. Those who believe they deserve the world can only actually attain very little. There is no such THING as deserve, there is, isn’t, won’t, will and can and can’t.

To simply DENY all this stuff is a product of either lack of exposure or choosing to deny. Which is fine.

Hi! I'm a 28 year old guy who has never had a girlfriend due to certain circumstances, so was wondering what you might think of my appearance. I'm 5'8-5'9 and around 200 lbs, muscular, soft type build. I'm a kind and caring guy but also a little shy. I'm an animal lover, love to cook, and enjoy physical activities like horseback riding, running with my dog, surfing, bike riding, and rock climbing. Spreading kindness throughout the world is what I'm most passionate about. I'm not sure how many women would think I'm their type, so I'm just curious.

Thinking is a choice. Wishes and whims are not facts nor are they a means to discover them. Reason is our only way of grasping reality; it is our basic tool of survival. We are free to evade the effort of thinking, to reject reason, but we are not free to avoid the penalty of the abyss that we refuse to see. Faith and feelings are the darkness to reason's light. In rejecting reason, refusing to think, one embraces stupidity.

To believe in a contradiction is to abdicate your belief in the existence of the world around you and the nature of the things in it, to instead embrace any random impulse that strikes your fancy - to imagine something is real simply because you wish it were. A thing is what it is, it is itself. There can be no contradictions.

Faith and feelings are a device of self-delusion, a sleight of hand done with words and emotions founded on any irrational notion that can be dreamed up. Faith and feelings are the attempt to coerce truth to surrender to whim. In simple terms, it is trying to breathe life into a lie by trying to outshine reality with the beauty of wishes. Faith and feelings are the refuge of fools, the ignorant, and the deluded, not of thinking, rational men.

I would bet that facts matter far more, But because of how a certain group of people are pushing things, They believe feelings matter more than facts, Which is the antithesis to reason and rationality.
