I went to a social gathering to network with other folks who travel solo or in group, basically to learn from each others experiences. This guy came up to me and started talking. Over the next 30 mins, he just went on and on about his job, his apartment that he owns and the three side businesses he runs. He also tried inquiring if I was interested in having kids later in my life. Basically, he was selling himself and trying to gauge if I fit in his "requirements". He happened to ask for my phone number and I gave it. I know that I have to learn to say no and I have decided what to do next time some guy asks and I'm not willing to give. Out of being polite, I just continued the conversation and at one point, I moved into a group of guys and girls to avoid talking to him one-on-one. I did notice that he was also exchanging numbers with another girl in the group. Seems like a player.

Anyways, so he texted me the time I shared my number and I didn't read those messages indicating to him that I'm not interested. He texted me again a few hours ago asking how my week is going and if I'm free for coffee on Sunday morning. I haven't opened the message to read it as it flashed on my phone screen and I was able to read it there. So, now he thinks that I haven't read his message.

I do not want to talk or meet him. Should I just ghost him? I know its not mature thing to do but I'm done being nice already.

So there's a guy we went to high school together we were not really friends we just used to bump into each other in clubs etc. We were only saying hi but thats it. Then i finished school and we didn't see or talk to each other for a year but i sent him a happy birthday text bc we always wish each other hbd every year, both of us always say thanks but thats it. Except this year he asked a bunch of questions about me and how i like uni. Turns out he will go to the same college as me and his apartment is going to be a 5 min walk from mine. He started texting every day, asking lots of questions sending voice messages, pics about himself. Once he had to come here to my city bc of college papers and stuff and both me and him had busy schedules for that day. He wanted to meet me that day in town but during the day we just did'nt have free time for the same hour. He chose to wake up at 6 am sat on a bus for 20mins to come see me before i go to work. He was kinda awkward/nervous around me. He used to hug me back in hs in a friendly way this time he didn't do it. I wondered why. It was like a usual thing between us. After us meeting he started sending messages like im at a club but im not looking for any girl bc i have u then saying jk jk. Or putting it this way like: u know ur mine now😘🥰🥰🤗🤭😌😡😠🤗 with lots of cringey emojis like its supposed to be a joke. But he already made another plan to see me again..

So is he onto something?

Say you and your partner have a good balance of giving each other respectful person space and time but on this particular day your lover is playfully hyper, bored and longing for your attention while you are already engaged in a casual activity which you enjoy. How do you react?

(Ya I'm bored and FRISKY beyond words! currently I just finished a heavy 2 week work load of studying and orientation for a new job and I finished a whole day early and now with the sudden free time which was so foreign to me during these past 2 weeks I'm hyper and I don't know what to do with myself

(which is why I hit GaG) and my lovely boyfriend is currently engaged in one of his favorite hobbies. I'm doing my best to leave him be but I'll admit I did call him and text him a few silly messages trying to see if he'd quit his task a little earlier...

He was sweet but kindly let me know he like to finish what's he's up too... Oh well so Here I am on GaG.)

Guys' opinion is welcome.. At first he pursued me, flirted, I reciprocated and he suggested to go out. I said yes but he never made plans. Then he started playing games, when I ignored his message once he said 'you never liked me'. When he was transferring money to me he said it was 'for coffee'. I thought he was just playing me so I started treating him like he doesn't exist. He tried to talk to me and stared A LOT then but I ignored him. Then on social media he would post 'don't trust people who don't reply' or 'people don't know what they have until they lose it'. I thought it may've been directed to me. After holidays when there was no contact between us I decided to ask him out. He didn't reply but he started staring again and wanted my attention. We started talking again. He messaged me for weeks, was flirty in messages, sent me hearts and hugs, always texted first and a lot but avoided me irl. He stopped initiating physical contact though (at first he was also physical). He would kind of avoid me or run away from me, avoided eye contact too. He honestly seemed frightened of me. Recently he suggested that we meet but with my friend invited too (he didn't flirt with her but me all that time). I confronted him, asked if he's even interested, added that I don't like texting, told him either we hang out or to leave me alone. He said he was sorry for not organizing a meeting and said he wants to continue our relationship, and said I shouldn't be negative and overreact and that I can always tell him anything I want face to face. I replied to tell me when he's free. No response but he still wanted to talk to me in person. In total I asked him out like FOUR times already. Now he ignores me. Doesn't text anymore but is very nice in person. What's going on? Why is he doing this to me? At first he chased me a lot and now it's like a different person.
