I met her on a coding forum in June 2020. I can remember our first conversation.

I remember her telling me she never had a first love or any romantic bond with a guy before. At the time, she was 17 about to turn 18. I never expected to come across her, especially because I wasn't particularly seeking a woman at the time. She was perfect, and we really hit it off. I was specifically wanting a woman without a romantic past.

Anyways, we continued to talk more and more and we eventually formed an online relationship.

After several months had passed, I remember us talking about getting married and where we would go on our honeymoon and what we would name our kids. I was truly excited.

Sadly, when I met her for the first time in person a week after her 18th birthday, she rejected me. She found I wasn't her type.

Fast forwarding, she just recently married a guy a few weeks ago who got to be her first everything. I am still devastated. I had to tell her mom not long ago to cease sending me emails. I was hurting too much, so badly I had to be hospitalized. I am still recovering from the trauma of it.

I met a girl who had never had a male friend before she met me. She had never had a boyfriend or first love.

Sadly, she rejected me and is now married to some other guy who got to be her first everything. Her marriage was this past Friday. She is 19. I was devastated.

I want to be able to find another woman like her.

I am 27, turning 28 this year, and I have never been in a real relationship before. The closest I have had is a 5 month online relationship where she rejected me upon meeting the first time in person.

Anyways, the girl I had an online relationship with not long ago is getting married to someone else today. I have been extremely depressed over it for a long time. I have cried so much this past week, I can hardly cry anymore. This guy gets to be her first everything.

I noticed that I don't know anyone personally that is in my shoes. I don't know anyone who has made it to my age without having a serious, long term relationship. In fact, most of my peers I have known growing up are married, have kids, or both.
