I really do not understand lads what should I do?

all my life I have been rejected by lads left, right and centre unlike my sister who has had boyfriends and dates I have never experienced any of that it is not because I am awkward and can not communicate they just have never seen me attractive as other girls anyways similar thing is happening right now to me. I used to work for this company and I met the guy there at the time he was my supervisor hence why I never tried to express my feelings or ask him to meet. At the end of my shift I was walking past him and his mate who were just both talking I caught my crush looking at me then looking back at his friend and saying something to him hence why his friend called me over and we started talking about music we like and what we want to do in the future (casual conversation). After that his mate looked at him and smiled and then his mate asked the question about me being single, taken or married it was weird because this friend of his has a girlfriend... I did tell him I was single but his mate was just casual and said oh right. but my crush face kind of lit up like he had a smile. After that me and my crush began to talk and banter with each other but his friends have also started to say things like I should meet him (my crush) after work. Another time I was alone with my crush best friend and he asked me if I was working on a Sunday I did ask him why he wanted to know and he responded saying because the guy I like is working as well. Another time his best mate has asked me if I still like him and want him. My crush has been very interested in our conversation like I wanted to show them a video of me dancing but no one seemed to be interessted in seeing that video apart from my crush he did watch it but he made a comment about how I move my hips and instantly related it back to his friend (dont know if that was a cover up)... I just want to know do him and his friends know something I don't such as does my crush like me but is shy so he gets his friend to help.

I think you shouldn't try to catch a relationship. Maybe you need different environment for meeting new guys.
